In 1999 COMPUCON USA L.L.C. is established in Greensboro, NC, with the mission to become a basis for promoting COMPUCON's product and services in United States, Canada and Mexico. In 2002 COMPUCON S.A. acquires 100% of COMPUCON U.S.A. shares.

In 2002 COMPUCON S.A. establishes COMPITE-nt S.A.in collaboration with ITE (Institute of Research and Technology of Crete). The company is located in Lakoma, Halkidiki, Greece and produces laser machines for cutting and engraving. Today COMPUCON S.A. holds 87.94% of the company's shares. www.compite.gr
