Medifiler FAQ

Whether you are experienced or you are just starting using Medical Applications, the following pages will be a valuable guide for you, as you will find answers to questions you may have, or tips on how to make the best use of your equipment.
  1. How can we register the users in Medifiler medical software?
  2. Why even if I reed the pictures name that I entered in my pensions files, I can't 'see' them?

  1. How can we register the users in Medifiler medical software?

    You can enter as Supervisor and then using the menu OPTIONS / USERS you register the users you need by entering the name & code. After that you just confirm code (by re-typing). You can register users according to the highest number of licenses that you have ordered.
  1. Why even if I reed the pictures name that I entered in my pensions files, I can't 'see' them?

    You must follow this path; Files / Work Station Parameters and at Image Path field to register the file path that your images are exist.ng to the highest number of licenses that you have ordered.
  1. Why each time that I change the language from English to Greek when I switch screens within the software, the system uses the English language?

    In order to avoid this, you have to select from the Control Panel the Greek Language as a default. With this change automatic switch from Greek to English will not take place again.
  1. Why every time that I'm trying to enter in Medifiler, I get the message 'This user has already entered in the program'?

    This means that if you work in the network then someone else has entered in the program. The solution for you is to try entering after closing the application in an appropriate manner for the other user. If you don't work in a network then somehow the application did not end in an appropriate way (blackout e.t.c.), so you will have to go to; START / PROGRAMS / COMPUCON - NETWORK RECOVERY. Then give your password and you will receive the message 'The recovery succeed'. After that you can normally enter in Medifiler program.
